For a long time it surprised me how much Nashville has become a destination for weddings. But, with its charming southern hospitality, stunning venues, and vibrant music scene, it makes sense that couples from all over the world choose to tie the knot here. One such couple, Jaime and Connor, recently got married at The Ruby venue in Nashville, and it was a wedding to remember.

The Ruby is a historic venue located in the heart of Nashville. Originally built in 1885, it was once a church before being converted into an event space. The venue’s exposed brick walls, stained glass windows, and high ceilings create a warm and intimate atmosphere that’s perfect for weddings. The day of the wedding, Jaime arrived early to get ready in The Ruby’s elegant bridal suite. She wore a stunning wedding dress and had a heartfelt first look/reveal with her bridesmaids. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows in The Ruby’s main event space, which was beautifully decorated with flowers and greenery.

After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the venue’s outdoor courtyard. As the sun began to set, guests moved back inside for the reception. The Ruby’s event space had been transformed into the perfect space for their reception. Jaime and Connor danced their first dance as a married couple, surrounded by their loved ones. Jaime and Connor’s wedding at The Ruby was a beautiful celebration of their love. If you’re looking for a unique and historic venue for your wedding in Nashville, The Ruby should definitely be at the top of your list!
